| Manage invitations, roles, notices, penalties, bans, support and community conduct. | Performance of the Terms and legitimate interest in administering the club. |
| Show your social links voluntarily on the public home page board. | Consent when you enable visibility in Settings; you can withdraw it there at any time. |
| Prevent fraud, unauthorised access and abuse, and resolve errors or incidents. | Legitimate interest in maintaining the security and availability of the service. |
| Handle rights requests, legal requirements and potential liabilities. | Compliance with legal obligations and the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. |
| Measure website use and performance in aggregate. | Legitimate interest in improving the service, using analytics without cookies or persistent identification. |
We do not use account data for advertising or send marketing messages without separate permission.
04
Retention
- Account data is kept while the account remains active. Deleting an account removes its sessions and profile; published notices may keep the author’s name until deletion or anonymisation is requested.
- Penalties are kept for as long as needed to manage club conduct and potential claims. Withdrawn warnings no longer count, but remain in the administrator-only history while needed for those purposes.
- Social links stop appearing when visibility is turned off; you can remove the links in Settings. The social profile is deleted with the account.
- Sessions expire after no more than 30 days and may end earlier following sign-out, a password change, a ban or account deletion.
- Technical logs are kept for as long as needed for security, diagnostics and abuse prevention. Logs linked to an incident may be kept until it is resolved and for the applicable limitation periods.
- Evidence of legal acceptances may be kept while the account exists and then restricted for as long as needed to demonstrate compliance or handle claims.
05
Providers and recipients
Data is accessed only by people who need it to operate the community and by providers engaged to deliver the service:
- Hosting and infrastructure: deployment, database, storage and technical logging providers, currently Vercel and Hostinger.
- Game profile: BrawlTools receives the tag and returns public Brawl Stars player information.
- Authorities: where required by law or necessary to protect rights and security.
Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, GDPR-recognised safeguards will apply, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Supercell or other external services open only when you choose to use them and are subject to those platforms’ policies. If you choose a profile image by URL, your browser requests it from that website, which may receive technical data such as your IP address.
06
